Yesterday, after many days I thought of riding my dad`s bike. He has a Hero Honda Splender-the first model. Its a 100cc bike. A quite old horse, though quite fit for the job it carries out everyday.
So in the afternoon i took it out from our garage. Had a tough time starting it as the engine was totally cold. Kept on kicking it…. Then while going to the BSNL office, i met a friend, who was going for his tuition. We decided that first we will be going to the office and then we will roam and freak out!
LOL he actually decided to bunk his classes!!
So first we went to the office to submit few documents. But that was not be. We all know how efficient that company is afterall X(. I needed to bring other documents as well. So left the matter there. And decided to freak around.
Actually I have an exam for 2-wheeler license today.
But… as we started roaming the rear tyre gave away! Suddenly the bike started jumping and it took me a while to make out what was wrong. We stopped immediately and checked the tyres to find that the rear tyre have punctured.
Luckily there was a repairing shop near to the place. Took it there. After taking out the tube the guy showed it me and told that the tube has to be changed. :-O The pin which had entered and did the damage tore away the tube!
Thus wouldn`t find a better option than giving him the nod to replace it. The whole process it around 30 min. I had to spend rs.140 for the whole excercise.
After the bike was ready, that friend and I roamed for about 1hr locally before going back to our respective homes.
I think I will be going for 2-wheeler test today!!!
